Creativ-IT-y: How to Find IT

Inner Transformation, or IT, is the catalyst for creativITy. I often say, “Our greatest fear is not fear of failure, nor success, but self-discovery.” We often look to others for inspiration, and that is such an important factor in self-growth and success, but it’s also why inspiration fades and what we call being “creatively blocked.”

I teach how to take what has inspired you, and then use it for self-discovery in order to create your own blueprint for success. This is the same IT that also turns the word inspiration into inspirITation—the ability to sustain creative passion for desired success: personal, professional, or both.

Guiding self-reflection exercises to identify possible limiting beliefs and energy as part of my talk, and sharing other techniques for emotional resiliency and discovery, empower the audience to design a blueprint that matches their unique energy, gifts, and purpose – unlocking creativity through emotional awareness and processing. Specifically, I have what I call my 5W’s for Emotional Resilience for a self-awareness exercise as part of the workshop. Small groups or sharing opportunities follow if they feel led to share.

As a past college instructor, I blend teachable moments, facts and concepts with a chance to practice throughout; often guided by the audience themselves depending on their level of understanding. Questions engage the audience, inviting them to personally relate to concepts and stories to lay the foundation for the workshop.
